Thea brings razor sharp lyrics and honey-toned voice to The Apex
Singer-songwriter Thea Gilmore will take to the stage at The Apex, in Bury St Edmunds, on Tuesday, May 26 at 7.30pm.
Known for her sharp lyrics, melodic flair and honey-toned voice, her debut album ‘Burning Dorothy’ was released in 1999 when she was just 18-years-old.
In 2003, she hit the UK charts with her fourth album ‘Avalanche’ and the hit singles Juliet and Mainstream.
In 2012, Thea’s 14th album ‘Don’t Stop Singing’ - new musical settings of the late Sandy Denny’s unfinished works - received great acclaim. Her new album ‘Ghosts and Graffiti’ hits the streets in June. For tickets visit www.theapex.co.uk
