Two renowned jazz saxophonists are set to dazzle an audience at a jazz venue in Bury St Edmunds this weekend.
Peter King and Simon Spillett will be playing at the Hunter Club, in St Andrew’s Street South, on Friday night.
Both have previously performed at the monthly jazz night, wowing listeners with their almost insurmountable musical skill.
The magnificent pairing sees King, the indomitable genius of the alto saxophone, and Spillett, the award-winning master of the tenor, team up in one of the UK’s most exciting instrumental pairings.
Hailed as two of the country’s top jazz men, this latest performance at the Hunter Club is one not to be missed.
They will be accompanied by the house trio, led by pianist Chris Ingham, with the Rev Andrew Brown on double bass and George Double on drums.
