A romantic comedy set backstage at the opera promises to leave audiences spellbound.
The Merry Opera Company production, ‘Kiss me, Figaro!’ follows a soprano diva who has hated the handsome tenor ever since he jilted her at the altar - but now he’s returned and wants her back.
It is an evening of love, laughter and classic favourites by Mozart, Handel, Donizetti, Puccini, Delibes, Irving Berlin and more.
It is written by John Ramster, whose staged ‘Messiah’ for the company has toured to standing ovations.
The show is at the Corn Hall, in Diss, on Thursday March 6 at 7.30pm.
