Mod Revival legends Secret Affair return to Cambridge tonight - 35 years after taking Cambridge Corn Exchange by storm.

After their first gig supporting The Jam in Reading in Feb 1979, Secret Affair quickly attracted a hard-core Mod fan base who followed the band all over the country.

An appearance headlining the Mods Mayday all-day concert at The Bridge House pub, East London, led to their first vinyl appearance on the album Mods Mayday 79.

This show at Cambridge Junction forms part of the band’s 35th anniversary tour of the UK in celebrating the 1979 release of their debut album Glory Boys.

Support act Squire were also major players in the Mod Revival.

Fronted by Anthony Meynell, Squire also appeared on the Mods Mayday album.

Doors open at 7pm.
