Following their phenomenal visit in 2013 with The Talent, the all-male dance company BalletBoyz return to Cambridge Arts Theatre with their brand new show, Life.
Presented in BalletBoyz’ inimitable style, Life takes an elegant, powerful and provocative look at life and death.
Featuring two new commissions by the internationally acclaimed choreographers Pontus Lidberg and Javier de Frutos, the all-male company of ten dancers perform to a mesmerising and evocative score.

BalletBoyz was founded in 2001 by dancers Michael Nunn and Billy Trevitt, after both training at the Royal Ballet, and the company immediately made a significant impact on the dance industry.
After retiring in 2010, Nunn and Trevitt selected eight male dancers to begin their first project theTALENT.
Five years later, the BalletBoyz company has expanded to ten dancers, and in 2013 won the National Dance Award for Best Independent Company.
Michael Nunn and Billy Trevitt have also created dance documentaries for television including BalletBoyz I & II, Strictly Bolshoi, The Royal Ballet in Cuba, BalletBoyz: The Next Generation and BalletBoyz: The Rite of Spring, as well as forty short films for Channel 4’s Random Acts strand.
Javier de Frutos said: “I’m thrilled to be working with BalletBoyz again.
