One of the UK’s most exciting blues artists is bringing her unique sound to the Apex, in Bury St Edmunds, on July 10.

Two-time winner of both Guitarist of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year at the fiercely competitive British Blues Awards, Chantel has gone from strength to strength since releasing her debut album, Like No Other, in 2011.

She was the first female artist to be crowned Guitartist of the Year in the British Blues Awards’ history when she first claimed the accolade in 2013.

The Bradford-born singer songwriter combines the tone and inspiration of Jimi Hendrix, Eva Cassidy’s ethereal acoustic sounds and the haunting vocals of Stevie Nicks, brought together with a captivating energy and intensity.

The blues rock artist is stopping in Bury during her jam-packed UK tour.

Tickets are £13 in advance and £15 on the door. To book, contact the box office on 01284 758000 or go to www.theapex.co.uk.
