The recent wet weather caused further Plastic Trade Frames Bury Sunday League postponements, however, the semi finals of the Days Sportswear Division Four KO Cup both went ahead, writes Ian Friend.

Badwell Ash ran out 3-2 winners against Elmswell in extra-time, and will play AFC Norton in the final, after they won 2-1 at Eastbury.

In Division One, two of the three matches arranged were postponed, with Tostock’s clash with Howards still going ahead, and it was the hosts who won with an own goal followed up with goals from Tom Fenner, Ben Atkinson, Peter Griffith and Harry Hogg.

In Division Two, two matches survived which saw CFC Bury beat Great Welnetham 4-1 victory and Black Boy beat Thurston 3-1.

Elsewhere, Brandon were 3-1 winners over Great Barton, Cheveley won 4-1 at Occold and Eriswell beat Westbury Social Club 6-1.

The Division One Knockout Cup semi-finals take place this weekend.
