Needham Market face a tough trip to Ryman League Premier Division title-chasers Hampton and Richmond Borough this weekend.

The Marketmen visit the Beveree Stadium tomorrow (3pm) off the back of three consecutive draws.

Jordan Patrick came off the bench to grab a 73rd minute equaliser for Needham on Saturday, as they came from behind to draw 1-1 with Met Police at Bloomfields.

After a goalless first half, Billy Crook opened the scoring for the visitors, before Patrick notched to secure a share of the spoils.

The result has left Needham 20th, six points clear of the relegation zone.

n Meanwhile, Needham’s Keiran Morphew is due to return for his trial at Ipswich Town at the end of the month, following a groin injury.

n The Bury Free Press’ ban from Needham Market FC remains in place.
