Thurston recorded a crucial victory over relegation rivals Swaffham to lift themselves out of the Greene King IPA Eastern Counties League Division One bottom two and dump their visitors from Norfolk into it on Saturday.

The Robinson Field-based club won 49-19 on Saturday to record just their third success of the 2014/15 campaign and hope to build on that at Mersea Island tomorrow (2pm).

Fellow Division One outfit Thetford – who moved up to third with a 13-12 defeat of Woodbridge on Saturday – travel to Ipswich YM tomorrow (2pm).

Mildenhall and Red Lodge Eagles travel to Sawston and Bury St Edmunds III host Shelford IV in Division Two West tomorrow (both 2pm).

Stowmarket’s mini revival in London Two North East – one division higher than Eastern Counties One – was brought to an end by a 24-18 home loss to Upminster on Saturday and they travel to Harlow tomorrow (2.15pm).
