Snetterton to host more than 30 races this season

Snetterton has unveiled its race calendar for the upcoming 2015 season with more than 30 races scheduled over the next nine months.

The Norfolk circuit has had major improvements during the winter after a new A11 dual carriageway was introduced and will host the HSCC Historic Car Championships on June 13-14.

Historic racing fanatics will be able to see drivers competing for the new Archie Scott Brown trophy, while the popular MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship will visit Snetterton on the weekend of June 19-21.

Racing fans can also enjoy the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship on August 8-9, before the Avon Tyres British GT Championship comes to town two weeks later.

They will be co-headlined by the BRDC Formula 4 Championship that weekend, with the series also in Snetterton on July 11-12.

The British Truck Racing Championship are set to compete on the Snetterton track on the weekend of September19-20, before the Vintage Sports Car Club returns on September 27.

The annual festival features on-track demonstrations, passenger rides, club displays and a retro gymkhana course.
