Seven unbeaten in the league for Bury Town

The Blues maintained their unbeaten run in the league with a well-earned draw away to Wroxham on Tuesday.
Alex Steed and Ollie Hughes had the best chances of the first half, with the latter missing a Remi Garrett cross with a diving header.
Wroxham bided their time and they were awarded a free-kick in a dangerous position just outside the box in the 45th minute.
The ball was played into the far post, where Bury goalkeeper Neil O’Sullivan caught it but dropped the ball straight into the path of the oncoming Andy Howell who struck from close range to give the home side the lead going in to the break.
The second half saw Bury continue to press forward and all the endeavour paid off in the 55th minute.
Ollie Hughes beat his marker and found Sam Reed, who fired home from distance low into the bottom corner.
The half went from end to end but both defences were on top form.
Bradley Barber did go close for Bury on 68 minutes, putting his curling effort an inch wide of the far post.
Wroxham substitute Jordan Attree had the home side’s best chance in the 82nd minute.
After getting clean through the Blues backline, he was one-on-one with O’Sullivan but hit his shot well wide of target.
An entertaining game ended all square at the final whistle and Bury Town make it seven games unbeaten.
n Saturday’s home match with Tilbury saw an Ollie Hughes double seal all three points for the Blues.
Ben Chenery’s side started slow and almost got caught out early when Tilbury’s Jack Carlile saw his chance flashed across the Bury goal.
Bury regrouped and broke the deadlock in the 36th minute. Hughes split the Tilbury backline and slotted his shot low past the Tilbury goalkeeper.
In the second half Bury sealed the win as Hughes got his second on 73 minutes.
Bradley Barber’s cross was met by Hughes who headed in to secure all three points for Bury.
