Bury St Edmunds-born swimmer Chris Walker-Hebborn capped off a memorable Commonwealth Games with a second gold medal last night (Tuesday).

Having clinched his first gold medal in the 100m backstroke earlier this week, the 24-year-old, was part of the England team alongside Adam Brown, Adam Peaty and Adam Barrett, who shocked overwhelming favourites Austrlia to win the 4x100m medley event, posting a Games record time of three minutes, 31.51 seconds.

On a personal level it has proved a successful Games for Walker-Hebborn, who also narrowly missed out on a medal in the 50m backstroke event, where he finished fourth.
