Homer is most improved

Paul Homer was awarded the highest prize at Mid-Suffolk Croquet Club’s trophy ceremony.

The Desira Peugeot Trophy for Excellence was presented to Homer after a season of great improvement to all aspects of his play, especially his hard hitting and direct style.

He will play for the East Anglian Federation invitation team at Soham in January.

This is the first full year Mid-Suffolk have been in action at the New Green Centre in Thurston and already they have two county champions.

Present members welcome anybody of any age and coaching for beginners is available from a nationally-qualified croquet coach.
