Bury Town made it back-to-back wins in the Ryman League Premier Division with a 2-0 success on the road at Harrow Borough.
Adam Bailey-Dennis broke the deadlock after 15 minutes before Billy Clark’s 90th minute penalty wrapped up the three points for the Blues to also extend their unbeaten run to four games in all competitions.

In the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division Mildenhall Town extended their unbeaten run to three games with a 1-1 draw with Brightlingsea Regent, Walsham-le-Willows beat FC Clacton 2-1 away and Thetford Town overcame Diss Town in a five-goal thriller with a 3-2 success. Adam Burroughs and Tom Dew twice put Diss ahead but goals from Sam Bryant, Matt Dixon and Martin Carter finally sealed the points for the visitors. Both sides also finished with 10 men as Jacob Brown and Bruno Tavares saw red, while the Diss’ James Bergin saved two spot kicks.
In the First Division, Team Bury enjoyed a comfortable 5-0 success over Needham Market Reserves.
Gary Hooper scored a fantastic volley as Norwich City drew 1-1 with Swansea City in the Barclays Premier League, while Ipswich Town held Nottingham Forest to a goalless draw.
In the rugby, Bury St Edmunds bounced back to winning ways with a promising 37-0 victory at home to Hertford.
