The Ladies’ Club Championship at Bury St Edmunds Golf Club is played over 36 holes and was comfortably won by the favourite (because she was lowest handicap player in the event).

Mariette Robbertse (9) finished 14 shots clear of ladies’ captain Debbie Anthistle.

Robbertse proved to be far too steady with nine-hole scores of 42-42-40-43, extremely consistent playing.

The Ladies’ Handicap Championship (Millennium Plate) was won by Hannah Clark, who just edged out Liz Bezance on a better second round score of one under par 73 (the only sub par score of the day).
