Kyran Clements has signed for the Ram Meadow club, following his season-long loan last year.

The 20-year-old became an important member of the squad as a central back, and has now made the move permanent - subject to paperwork completion and an undisclosed fee.

Clements is a graduate of the AFC Sudbury Academy and a former captain of The Yellows U-18 and Reserve sides.

Director of football at AFC Sudbury, Danny Laws, said: "Kyran has made rapid progress over the last few years and a lot of credit must go to the staff within the AFC Sudbury Academy for his development.

"In particular David Cannon and Louis Johnson have mentored him closely, he is a great lad who works hard and I wish him all the best."
