Hat-trick of trophies for Everett

Taking part in the Millie Miglia 1,000 mile rally in Italy, driving a Mercedes SL 417 Tribute car for Mercedes Benz Plymouth, Everett, with co-driver, Ian Barber, from Hertfordshire, won first Mercedes Tribute GB team on the anniversary celebration of Sir Stirling Moss’s victory 60 years ago.

Next on to Brands Hatch in Kent, racing in his BMW 1502, in the Swinging Sixties with the Classic Sports Car Club, he took a second in class and sixth overall result in a shared drive with Gary Makein, from Luton.

Finally, at the SPA Francorchamps Summer Classic event, held in Belgium last weekend, Everett won first in class driving an Alfa Romeo 105 series coupe, in the CSCC Inter Series race, with co-driver Cliff Gray, from Berkshire.
