Brother and sister martial arts duo Josie and Johnny Wright tasted success at the 2015 Kuk Sool Won European Championships.
The Thetford youngsters returned home with three medals each from the event held at the UEA in Norwich.
Competing in the 10-and-under black and brown belt category, Johnny, 10, began his weekend with a bronze in staff spinning.
The youngster, who attends Admirals Academy in Thetford, followed that up with a bronze in traditional forms and a silver in sparring.
The previous day he completed the second of eight tests for his black belt.
For three hours he had to display every part of the required syllabus, passing with flying colours.
Josie, meanwhile, competed in the secnd degree black belt youth division for the first time after becoming the youngest in the country to promote to this level last November.
Competing against boys who were larger and taller than herself, Josie bagged bronze for short staff, bronze for self-defence techniques and silver for sparing.
Her excellent performance saw her selected for the martial arts demonstration later that evening, where she performed short staff forms and self-defence techniques, subduing an assailant, in front of a crowd of more than 1,000 people.
The pair thank Breckland Council for their support and all of their instructors, past and present, particularly master instructor Darren Hart.
