Your fund-raising mission, should you choose to accept it....
Business savvy fund-raisers - your mission, should you choose to accept it is to take on a new challenge for St Nicholas Hospice Care.
The Bury St Edmunds charity is calling on teams from a variety businesses to step out of the boardroom and use their skills to complete Mission Improbable.
The event on Friday, October 19 will see participants, armed with a mobile phone, navigate their way around Bury to complete a bespoke mission by taking on a series of unknown challenges.
Competing against one another to score the most points, each team will need to employ all of their stealth, problem-solving skills and cunning as they race against the clock.
Abby Mayes, corporate fund-raising manager at the hospice, said: "Mission Improbable will be a new event for the hospice.
"We haven't tried anything like this before and we are looking forward to hosting a different sort of fund-raising challenge for the charity.
"Teamwork will be key and hopefully throughout the day, they will be able to use a healthy dose of competitive spirit to their advantage.
"We already have a number of teams signed up, but the more the merrier, so if you think you're up to completing a secret mission in aid of a good cause please get in touch."
The event is sponsored by Ashtons Legal and each team that takes part will need to raise a minimum of £1,000 for the hospice.
Anyone who is interested in entering a team should contact Abby Mayes by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
The hospice supports those across West Suffolk and Thetford in the final chapters of their lives and has to raise £11,000 every day.
