STUDENTS at Stowmarket High School have been slaving away tirelessly this week in order to put on their own art and design exhibition.
The school is hosting an exhibition of GCSE and A level work, including textiles, product design, woodwork model work and even furniture.
Winning work picked out for outstanding design and flair will be awarded.
Jim Bannister, head of design at the school, said: “This is a fabulous opportunity to see what the excellent work started in primary and middle schools can lead to in design and technology.”
The exhibition opened to the public yesterday, and visitors are invited to the school from 9am to 4pm today and from 10am to midday tomorrow.
