Wooden jewellery box taken in Mendlesham burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Mendlesham yesterday.

A house on Old Station Road was broken into between 3pm and 10pm.

The offenders forced entry through the rear doors, carried out an untidy search of the house and stole a wooden jewellery box containing costume jewellery.
