Woman rescued from River Lark

Three fire crews were called to rescue a woman who was stuck up to her waist in the River Lark near Rushbroooke Lane, Bury St Edmunds, this afternoon.

Suffolk Fire Services were called at about 1.30pm and the crews, from Bury St Edmunds, had the uninjured woman on the bank about half an hour later.
