Woman injured after Thetford robbery

Police are looking for information after a woman was robbed in Thetford.

The incident happened at around 1am on Wednesday, June 6,when the victim, a woman aged in her 20s, was walking along Norwich Road near to the junction of Kilverstone Road.

She was approached by a person who grabbed her handbag before making off towards the A11.

The victim sustained a minor injury to her wrist after falling to the floor during the robbery.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or seen anybody acting suspiciously in the area at the time.
