On your bikes for another fantastic St Edmunds Wheel event being staged on Sunday June 9 and which, this year, will be raising money for the Bury Free Press Beat It Appeal and St Nicholas Hospice Care.
Other worthy causes will also benefit from the event which raises thousands each year and which sees hundreds of cyclists pouring out of the Abbey Gardens to enjoy a range of different rides and routes.
Last year the ride raised more than £25,000 with all the money raised going to charity.
Riders can chose from five different lengths, 15 miles, 25, 50, 75 and 100. The routes will integrate with each other so people can chose to lengthen or shorten their ride.
All riders get entry into the Duck Race, a fun event on the River Lark in the Abbey Gardens at 1pm.
Families taking part also receive a free day pass to Abbeycroft Leisure as well as riders who raise more than £75 sponsorship. Entry is £17.50, adults, £9.50 children, and families £45.
