West Suffolk Hospital has hit an A&E target Here Stephen Dunn, chief executive, congratulates them

West Suffolk Hospital has hit the national 95 per cent four-hour A&E target for April-June.

The department saw 17,471 patients, with 95.12 per cent seen within four hours. This is despite an increase of 3,476 patients compared to the same period in 2016. A&E also had its busiest day ever on 24 June, with 241 patients in one day.
