TWO club DJs are aiming for the record books in aid of Help for Heroes.

DJ Scooby and DJ Sebadee, who regulary work at the Vision and Brazillia clubs on Station Hill, Bury St Edmunds, are aiming to beat the current 150-hour continuous DJ session record, set in Canada, by 25 hours.

So they will start their session at 8pm on Wednesday, July 4, at the Vision club and will DJ until the early hours of Thursday, July 12.

When the club is closed to the public, friends and family will be in giving their support.

DJ Scooby said they felt Help for Heroes was a popular charity to support and added: “When we DJ we see the squaddies come in every week, then they stop because they’ve been posted out. In some cases they don’t come back ”
