Virtual food festival returns under #TasteBury banner
Foodies are being urged to share the best that Bury’s food and drink outlets have to offer by highlighting them on social media.
The virtual food festival follows on from a similar idea last year organised by Ourburystedmunds to show the extent of the food and drink offering in the town centre. Participate by using #TasteBury in a post.
Cafes, bars and restaurants will be helped to promote their menus and events in special pages on Ourburystedmunds.com
Chief executive Mark Cordell said: “There are about 70 food and drink outlets in the town centre so there should be lots to talk about on social media.” It runs until March 6. Visit www.ourburystedmunds.com/tastebury
