The nursery was inspected on July 30 and scored ‘outstanding’ in all aspects of the report.

“They recognised that we treat each child as an individual – with our planning we plan individually for each child taking into account their interests,” Lisa said.

Within the report, inspector Amy Quinton said that managers set ‘extremely high standards’ for delivering excellence and ‘children’s transitions within the nursery are incredibly successful’.

To further improve the quality of the early years provision, the report said ‘the provider should build on the successful systems for monitoring practice and enable practitioners across rooms to support each other in enhancing the provision further’.

Lisa added: “We invest a lot into our staff.”
