Emergency services are on the scene of an accident on the A14 near Woolpit.
Police and crews from the East of England Ambulance Service were called at around 8.15am to reports of a two vehicle collision on the westbound carriageway.
The Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service were also called to the scene. One lane was closed while emergency services dealt with the accident.
A spokeswoman for the East of England Ambulance Service said an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle attended and treated two patients - one with neck pain who was taken to West Suffolk Hospital and one walking wounded who was discharged at the scene.
A spokesman for the Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said its crews were called at around 9.10am to assist in removing a female casualty from one of the vehicles, but she was ultimately released by the paramedics.
Recovery had to be arranged for both vehicles.
