A man is due to appear in court today (Wednesday) charged in connection with drug offences after police uncovered a large cannabis factory in Thetford on Monday.

Officers seized around 470 plants and a large amount of hydroponics equipment from a property in Lime Kiln Lane shortly after 7pm, after a search was carried out under section 19 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
