Two acclaimed TV chefs will show-case their culinary secrets at the Food and Drink Festival in Bury St Edmunds this summer.
Galton Blackiston, of the Michelin-starred Morston Hall, in North Norfolk, will turn up the heat at the event, which is over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Meanwhile, James Tanner, who has restaurants in Kent and the South West, will also take to the stage.
The two-day event, spear-headed by Business Improvement District (BID) organisation Ourburystedmunds, has been a highlight of the town’s events calendar for the last four years.
Both chefs are well known for their TV appearances with James the resident chef on ITV’s Lorraine. Galton, who was at last year’s festival, will appear on Sunday, August 28 and James heads up the menu on the Monday, August 29
Mark Cordell, chief executive of Ourburystedmunds, said: “James and Galton are promising to share some of their most delicious secrets so there’s a lot to look forward to in the Aga Rangemaster Theatre Kitchen including all the supporting demonstrations from local chefs throughout the weekend.”
