Boutique spa Weavers’ House Spa at The Swan in Lavenham has received two top accolades from the Good Spa Guide.

The spa, which opened in February 2015, was named as one of the country’s top three facilities for excellence in 2016.

This award was based on votes from the Good Spa readers.

It was also a finalist in the regional category for Best Spa in the East selected by the guide’s ‘Spa Spies’.

The spa has also received a top five ‘bubble’ rating for the past two consecutive years and in 2015 was rated Best Spa for Serenity by the guide.

Spa director Alex Hurt said: “To be placed with the larger more recognised spas in the country for wellness is a true indicator that our team is dedicated to make our guests feel amazing.”

“Everyone at Weavers’ loves what they do and that’s why the magic happens.”

In 2015 Weavers House introduced its Touch Therapies for those affected by cancer and it also launched the Tea Tox - a guilt free alternative to aftrenoon tea with gluten, sugar and lactose free offerings.
