A father and daughter have organised a comedy night to raise money for a Kenya special needs school they are going to work in.

Sam Bean and 16-year-old Ellie are working at West Special School for disabled and special needs children in July so they have arranged a night with comedy writer Paul Kerensa at Thurston Community College on Saturday at 7.30pm.

Paul is a regular on Radio Two’s Breakfast Pause for Thought and his writing credits include Miranda and Not Going Out.

Tickets are £7.50 from Sam on 07825 336085 or sam.bean78@btinternet.com
