Three arrested in connection with planned rave in Lawshall

Three men have been arrested after police discovered that an unlicensed music event was due to take place in Lawshall.

Acting on intelligence received police arrested two men at a meeting point in a Bury St Edmunds car park at about 5.30pm yesterday (19).

A third man was later arrested in Lawshall.

The three men aged 21, 25, and 28, all from the Mildenhall area, were arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to cause a public nuisance.

Police also seized a van containing music equipment.

All three men are currently being held for questioning in the Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre.
