Thieves steal tools and plant in Eriswell and Moulton

Plant and tools were stolen in two separate break ins at the end of last week.

Police say a number of tools were stolen from a vehicle parked on a driveway in Elm Walk, Eriswell, after it was broken into between 9pm Thursday September 24 and 7am on Friday. The tools stolen include a Makita impact driver drill set, a Makita SDS drill and a large selection of hand tools.

If you noticed any unusual activity around the vehicle or nearby or have any information that may help please contact Suffolk Police on 101 quoting reference MH/15/1914.

The following night entry was forced into the grounds of premises in Bury Road, Moulton, between 5pm on Friday and 4.40am Saturday. A site office and a number of containers were broken into and a 60kVA generator was stolen, along with copper piping.

A forklift truck also had a window smashed and wiring damaged.

Anyone who noticed unusual activity in that area should contact Suffolk Police on 101 quoting reference NE/15/1620.
