Stonham Barns Park Aspal Theatre to perform live internet show




A Suffolk theatre are performing a complete live internet show this Saturday.

The Aspal Theatre, Stonham Aspal, will be putting on 'Lock in Live!' from 6pm via Facebook and YouTube.

The show is going to be hosted by Robbie James, international award-winning magician and entertainer, and will be completely interactive - viewers will also get the chance to enter a photo competition and live raffle.

The show will feature a juggling sensation, aerial artistry and more.

The show itself will feature singing, dancing, magic and illusion, comedy and more.

It comes after the theatre had to postpone some of their upcoming shows due to the coronavirus.

Robbie James, theatre manager, said: "The people that are in the cast of this show are not just fantastic performers, but they are also my friends.

"All of these people including myself have been affected massively with this horrible virus outbreak.

"My income for example relies on children’s birthday parties, weddings and the theatre shows, most of which have all been postponed meaning no income.

"I know these cast members are all in the exact same boat, so I wanted to use the theatre not only to provide some entertainment for those at home with nothing to do, but also to help these performers through this horrible time."
