Take the bridal path to RSPCA dress day event

The West Suffolk RSPCA is holding a ‘wedding event’ after receiving a donation of a range of new wedding dresses.

The event is being held on Sunday, April 28, between 10am and 4pm at the shop in St Andrew’s Street South, Bury St Edmunds, and is open for anyone to attend.

Ray Sinclair, shop manager, said: “We have been kindly donated a range of new wedding dresses which are being sold at a heavily discounted rate at our shop.”

There will be more than 30 dresses on display which people will be able to try on, as well as bridal shoes and mother of the bride dresses.

Ray added: “There will be all different sizes ranging from small to large. The wedding dresses themselves are of the highest quality.”

Refreshments will also be available on the day.

The event also kicks off the charity shop opening its doors every Sunday during the spring and summer months for the first time.

If you are unable to make the event but would still like to view the dresses or if you would like to donate a wedding dress or bridal outfit, call Ray at the charity shop on 01284 767662.
