Following a spate of riding tack thefts in the county, Suffolk Horse Watch is hosting a saddle marking session on Saturday 7 November in Great Thurlow.

The session is being held from 10am to 1pm at Great Thurlow Village Hall in The Street, CB9 7LF as part of the Iceni Native Pony Show table top tack sale.

Saddle postcode marking will be available so please bring along your leather only saddles. A small charge of £2 will be required per saddle, with half the proceeds being donated to the East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Micro chipping kits at a discounted price to Horse Watch members will be available to purchase for synthetic and leather saddles. No appointments are necessary.

For any enquiries or for more information please email horsewatch@suffolk.pnn.police.uk For further advice and to sign up to Horse Watch visit Suffolk Police’s Horsewatch web page
