Schools from across the area are preparing to make a splash for charity.

The Rotary Club of Bury St Edmunds charity Swimarathon is taking place at Abbeycroft Leisure Centre on March 20, and as organisers have doubled the number of teams who can participate to 22, more schools than ever are getting involved.

Pupils from St Louis, KEGS, County Upper and Ixworth Free School have all signed up, while two student teams of six from Thurston College have also entered.

Money raised will go to EACH and Clic Sargent. To enter a team contact Robert Davie on 01284 766318.
