Stowmarket maltings company Muntons has been presented with an award which recognises its sustainable approach to business.

The company received the Responsible Business Award at the annual Weetabix Food Company supplier conference.

This recognises supplierswhich have a sustainable agenda and demonstrate business excellence with its focus on people, the environment and the community.

Judges liked the fact that the company did nature walks as a team.

Muntons sources its barley within a 50-mile radius of its maltings.
