PROUD mum Kim Farrow received an extra special Christmas present this year – her baby girl Zara.
Zara, who was born at seven pounds five ounces, was due on Boxing day but Kim said she had a feeling she wanted to make a Christmas appearance.
Zara is now safe at home in Bury St Edmunds with her mother and her big sister Taylor, two.
Kim said: “I did have a funny feeling she would come on Christmas day but I didn’t actually think she would.
“I am glad it is all over now – glad she is finally here safe and well.
“Christmas is going to be extra special from now on.”
Kim went into labour at 1.15am on Christmas day, giving birth to Zara at 5.14am at West Suffolk Hospital, in Bury St Edmunds – just one of three babies born on a ‘quiet’ day
She said: “It happened very quickly really. She definitely wanted to make an appearance on the big day.
“Her sister Taylor is thrilled to have a new baby sister.”
