Ixworth Primary School jets off around the globe

It was the last boarding call for Ixworth as a primary school’s hall was transformed into an airport.

Ixworth Primary School held the exciting event to kick-off the start of term - which featured several fun-filled final destinations.

Children arrived in sun hats, sunglasses, scarves, backpacks, flight pillows and other items you would take with you to travel around the globe on a long flight.

All of the children had luggage tags and passports and lots of different gates were set up.
