Infusions Ltd, the Rougham-based supplier of ingredients and catering equipment, has secured a mention as a chosen supplier in top London restaurateur, chef and author Scott Hallsworth’s latest cook book.
The new book, entitled Junk Food Japan, features recipes from Hallsworth’s Kurobuta restaurants, which are located in Chelsea, Marble Arch and Knightsbridge in the capital.
It mentions Infusions as a chosen supplier, specifically for Trisol powder, an ingredient used in a number of recipes to make batter extra crispy.
