Drivers on the A11 were delayed this morning – by a pig.

Police were called just after 9.30am to reports of an adult pig on the southbound carriageway of the A11 at Roudham Heath.

Officers walked the pig off the road and into a lay-by where they waited for the farmer who owned it to arrive.

The A11 reopened at 10.25am.
