Restaurant team at Maison Bleue in Bury St Edmunds take part in worldwide French culinary event
Maison Bleue took part in a world wide celebration of French cuisinie last week.
Chef-Patron, Pascal Canevet, created a five course menu paired with French wines in the Good France event with songs from Oriana Guarino. Maison Bleue was selected to represent East Anglia.
Hosted by Karine Canevet diners enjoyed five courses with champagne and canapes on arrival.
Karine said: “We are very proud of our French team, and to be selected again by the French Ambassador it is a huge honour to take part alongside renowned Michelin starred chefs across the globe.”
The Good France celebration was organised through France’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development to showcase the country’s culinary excellence.
