St Edmundsbury and Forest Heath residents asked to opt-in for brown bin collection

By Newsdesk Bury

March 29 is deadline day, not just for Britain to secure a Brexit deal, but for residents to opt-in for the West Suffolk Garden Waste Service for 2019/20.

Gardeners have the option of paying an increased annual fee of £43 to start or continue with the fortnightly brown bin collection.

Councillors David Bowman and Peter Stevens said many customers automatically renew with direct debit, but anyone can sign up online.
