READERS’ POETRY: From the Bury Free Press of February 12

Readers' poetry
Readers' poetry

This week’s poem, called Faith, is by Colin Clements

When you were young and feeling low

You did not know which way to go

So I say “have faith and be Bold”

There’s a lot of living before you get old

When you are older and faith has been unkind

When you lose a loved one and are left behind

The grief and tears never stop

So many memories you have got

So have faith and you will be fine

The tears will flow like sparking wine

Remember faith can move mountains and

Also change the tears to water in the fountains

So you can enjoy your life once again

With the memories you hold dear

With faith you have nothing to fear

So please have faith and hope

And you will always cope.
