This week’s winner of See it, Snap it, Send it is Chris Carroll-David, from Pakenham.
Chris said: “Yesterday night (Tuesday) was the last ‘Supermoon’ of the year – and this year’s were remarkably good. So I took my two sons, Tom (10) and Harry (seven), to St Mary’s Churchyard, Pakenham, to see the moon and try to get a picture. The boys danced around to keep the motion-activated lights switched on so they would light the gravestone!
Chris wins the chance to have his picture made into an A3 canvas print, courtesy of Denny Bros’ Sprint Print service in King’s Road, Bury St Edmunds.
This picture of sunset on the River Orwell at Levington was sent in by Mike Thomas, from Long Thurlow. Mike used his iPhone to take the picture.
“I took this photograph (of a spider’s web) on Monday morning in my back garden. I think it’s a real work of art. Just had to share it with you,” wrote Bill Fuller, of Bury St Edmunds.
