This week’s winner of See it, Snap it, Send it is Mark Glassbrook, from Culford, with this picture taken at West Stow.
Mark said: “I am a member of the fishing syndicate at West Stow and decided to go for a walk around the lake a few weeks ago (just before the leaves started to appear).”
Mark wins the chance to have his picture made into an A3 canvas print, courtesy of Denny Bros’ Sprint Print service, in King’s Road, Bury St Edmunds.
This picture of a blue tit leaving the nest box, while the other parent stays behind with the nestlings was taken by Robert Robertson, from Bury St Edmunds, in his back garden.
Dale Batchelor, from Bury St Edmunds, sent in this picture of a peacock ‘displaying himself to the females at Jimmy’s Farm’. Dale said that ‘even looking this cool, he failed in his attempt to get lucky’.
