This week’s winner of See it, Snap it, Send it is Andy Day with this atmospheric seaside picture.
Andy said: “This was a photo I took during half term of my partner Louise and daughter Lily hunting for shells on the beach at Southend on Sea.
“It was a lovely warm February day and I snapped this pic at low tide just as the sun was setting capturing the reflections off the wet sand.”
Andy, from Bury St Edmunds, wins the chance to have his photo made into an A3 canvas, courtesy of Denny Bros’ Sprint Print service in King’s Road, Bury St Edmunds. Alternatively, he can choose to have five smaller glossy prints.
This night-time picture of the London Eye was submitted by Karl Hobbs, from Bury St Edmunds, who said it was taken on a trip to London for his birthday.
Jackie Gillman, from Ixworth, was in Iceland to mark her 50th birthday when she took this photo of a geyser at Strokkur, just as it was about to ‘erupt’.
